Renewed Pastoral Leadership: Calendar and Participation Requirements

General Calendar

Calendar of Zoom Sessions*

There will be 2 weekly Zoom sessions of 90 minutes each, from 3 to 4:30 pm on scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays.

* Dates and times of some Zoom sessions are subject to change given possible unforeseen circumstances. However, all zoom sessions will be recorded and will be shared with participants unable to access them live.

Requirements for Participation

  • Participants should have at least 3 years of engagement in some form of pastoral ministry even if not full time. They must be 28 years old or older, and be sufficiently comfortable using English for oral and written communication.
  • Participants should have access to an internet connection and a computer for participation in live Zoom sessions, and for personal work done through the Canvas online platform.
  • Participants should have a personal (free) Zoom account, and enroll on the Canvas platform. Detailed instructions on how to proceed will be provided to applicants, as well as assistance if needed.
  • Participants should be available to participate in all Zoom sessions (of the whole program or of the module in question for individual module takers). See the calendar above for details.
  • Participants are expected to spend about 2 hours per week doing personal work with the materials provided by the module facilitators on Canvas. This may entail reading texts, doing reflection assignments, watching videos, participating in online discussions, etc. all done on the Canvas platform.
  • Participants who enroll in the whole program will have special sessions for community building and for deepening their learning from the modules. See the above calendar for the schedule of these special sessions. Moreover, individual spiritual accompaniment will be made available for the duration of the entire program to those who request it. This is highly encouraged as it may help participants make the most of the experience.
